As most of my friends know, i'm pretty computer savvy. I work in IT helping field technicians with the hard problems they can't fix, nor can the first level of tech support can fix. Guess you can call me a level 3 technician as far as a corporate tech support scale would go (or at least my corporate tech support) [ex. you have level 1, they are the ones that tell you to re-start your computer, then you have level 2, they will help you install your printer or plug in other devices, then you have level 3, they help you diagnose/resolve hardware/sofware issues, then you have the last level, the ones that will walk you through re-programming your operating system to make it work they way you want].

so please, fire away any questions you think you have. Lets make a game of it! try to stump me! this should be fun, i'll let you know if i didn't know the answer and had to either turn to help elsewhere or look it up online on a forum, but i'm pretty sure i can answer most questions hardware related and a good majority of software related questions.

ONE STIPULATION - don't ask me how to use an expensive piece of software (i.e. how do i use photoshop to make a landscape/cityscape picture look miniature [ check it out ])
